About Us

Gina Edwards is a graduate of Duke University with a degree in Economics and has served as CEO of Resolution Accounting since 1998.

She has held various positions in industry that include Accountant, Controller, and CFO.

From working in industry and servicing the wide spectrum of clients of Resolution Accounting, Gina offers a depth of knowledge and experience in Accounting and Financial Management of Business.

Connie Halsey - Bookkeeping

Connie Halsey has been working as a bookkeeper with Resolution for 13 years. Before joining the Company, Connie was an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper for a custom stone mason company where she worked for 7 years. In addition to her responsibilities with AR, AP, and Payroll as the full charge bookkeeper, she was also responsible for crew management and customer relations.

Connie is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and Account Edge (Small Business Accounting Software).

Connie has been a resident of Chester County her entire life. She enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and traveling with her husband.

Pam Heissenbuttel - Accounting

Pam is a graduate of Catawba College with a BA in Accounting and Business Administration. She has been with Resolution Accounting since 2011. Pam started her career with Kayser-Roth Hosiery in North Carolina as a cost accountant where she earned her CPA certification. She then joined Ciba-Geigy, a global chemical conglomerate, where she gained international and multi-functional expertise.

Pam has extensive financial, supply chain, and business process experience within the international, small business, and non-profit sectors. She has specific financial expertise that includes management reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, capital project analyses/tracking and general accounting.

Pam is also CGMA Certified (Certified Global Management Accountant) and CSCP Certified (Certified Supply Chain Professional)

Pam is proficient in QuickBooks, Account Edge, Excel, and has extensive experience with all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow pro formas.

After twenty years working as a CPA in corporate finance, accounting, and IT, Pam is now working exclusively with small business and non profits, and is no longer active as a CPA.

Jen Daddona - Bookkeeping

Jen Daddona has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Immaculata University where she graduated Cum Laude. She joined Resolution in 2015.

She has over fifteen years of experience in the Banking and Finance industries where she had various roles in bookkeeping, auditing, compliance, and regulatory oversight . Jen worked for ten years with Vanguard out of Malvern, Pa, for three years with the Bank of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, and Madison Bank in Bluebell, PA.

Jen is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Point of Sale, Excel, and XERO.

Jen resides in Chester County with her husband and three children. She is a proud military wife and loves to stay active and experience new adventures. Just recently, she completed her first marathon.

Christine Roth - Accounting

Christine Roth studied accounting and business management at West Chester University. She is a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) with the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. Christine has over 25 years of experience in corporate, non-profit, and small business accounting and bookkeeping.

Christine is QuickBooks Certified and especially enjoys assisting companies clean up their books and streamline office procedures that results in time savings and reduction of costs.

In addition to accounting and bookkeeping Christine has also been a Virtual Assistant with several entities in managing social media as well as writing and scheduling posts.
